Legal Aid Agency Update: CCMS Restoration, Contingency Billing and the End of the Average Payment Scheme

Legal aid providers should now prioritise preparing and submitting legal aid costs claims via CCMS to minimise the financial impact of recoupment and avoid cashflow disruption.
