  3. Upon your approval, we electronically file the bill (and required attachments) via the HMCTS document upload centre.

  4. Once the costs have been assessed and you have approved the amount allowed, we obtain the Final Costs Certificate for you.

  5. If required, we provide after-care services including recalculation of bills, preparation of summaries and liaison with the SCCO.
