Upload your File - Secure Portal

 SECURE DOCUMENT UPLOAD PORTAL

To send us your instructions electronically please use our secure document portal.  You only need to register once and it takes less than a minute. Once your account is approved please follow the steps below.  The registration page is here: https://clientportal.sphcosts.com/register.php

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTERED USERS​

The following steps should be taken:

 

  • Create a new folder on your desktop and place all of yor documents in it.  If you are sending multiple cases, please put each case in a separate folder.

  • Open the SPH Portal via this link: https://clientportal.sphcosts.com/

  • Select the Blue 'add files' Button which is halfway down the page on the left.

  • Click on the folder you created in step 1 above

  • Once the file folder appears on the screen click the blue 'upload files' button which is at the bottom of the page in the centre (if multiple files are uploaded you may need to scroll down to the button).

  • You will then receive an on-screen confirmation of the upload.
