PROCEDURE FOR REGISTERED USERS.
The following steps should be taken:

Create a new folder on your desktop and place all of the documents in it.

Open the SPH Portal via this link: https://clientportal.sphcosts.com/

Select the Blue 'add files' Button which is halfway down the page on the left.

Click on the folder you created in step 1 above

Once the file folder appears on the screen click the blue 'upload files' button which is at the bottom of the page in the centre (if multiple files are uploaded you may need to scroll down to the button).

You will then receive an on-screen confirmation of the upload.
