SPH SECURE DOCUMENT UPLOAD PORTAL

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTERED USERS

Please note that the portal is not supported by Internet Explorer.  The portal must be accessed via a current web browser such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Safari or Firefox, etc.

 

The following steps should be taken:

 

  • Create a new folder on your desktop and place all of the documents in it.

  • Open the SPH Portal via this link: https://clientportal.sphcosts.com/

  • Select the Blue 'add files' Button which is halfway down the page on the left.

  • Click on the folder you created in step 1 above

  • Once the file folder appears on the screen click the blue 'upload files' button which is at the bottom of the page in the centre (if multiple files are uploaded you may need to scroll down to the button).

  • You will then receive an on-screen confirmation of the upload.
